Order and delivery
First and foremost, we attach great importance to quality and service. But we also want to be able to offer our products at the lowest possible price.
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier. From the moment of shipment, the average delivery time is currently 5-10 working days within the EU. For orders shipped outside EU regions, this may take between 10-20 business days. Because we do not use intermediaries for our products, we can save enormously on both transport and storage costs. This is one of the reasons why we can offer our products so cheaply.
Important : It may of course happen that an order is delayed. Both our manufacturer and the Dutch and Belgian postal companies are currently under enormous pressure. At certain times this pressure is even greater than around the Christmas period. So please take into account the chance of relatively large delays. Is it still taking a bit too long for you? Understandable! Please contact us.
From the moment our supplier has delivered your products to the postal company, the Track & Trace information - we have sent you the Track & Trace code by email.
Postage costs
We fully bear the shipping costs of our products. All our products are delivered to you 100% free of charge; no minimum order value is required.
